All monies are in place, What does he mean ? I know what he thinks he means, however the two are different. there is no pile of money lying in a dark corner of Cunninghame House

O'Neil spent the 1.9 million, more than likely on some fanciful nonsense to benefit or massage his ego,
Cllr Montgomerie is "looking forward to it opening" .Whit is there a party or free buffet?
I feel the warmth of the disingenuousness.       Chewing the Fat said it better...What was It ?

I love the picture of Councillor Pinochio Montgomerie. I wonder if he believes the things he claims or if he just wants us to beleieve them?

If it had been left to Councillor Montgomerie's Labour Party the town hall would still be closed. It was Ronnie McNicol and Willie Gibson who got the money to have it renovated and reopened.

Every one of his newsletters has been full of either misrepresentations and that really is the best that can be said .

The Sunbeam wants to spend money ,that really can't be afforded , First the Invite to athletes , Way to go Jim another Junket for Councillors to say "we're doing a wonderful job"
Town Hall again your lot screwed it up and "Tanned in the Money".....Deny it Go on
Local Trades to do the work? Dear God where to start on that one, Maybe the locals don't have the necessary Skills, Equipment or Training.............No doubt they were Chapping Hard on Council representatives  doors to get the work
I have no doubt that the SNP lead council put the work out to Competitive Tender..........Actually the council tendering process is a bucket of crap and has been for at least 40 years

New Council Chamber , Correct me if I'm Wrong is that down to the previous council and general wastrel O'Neilll , Go on Jim how much has he wasted in his 30 years as a parasite ? Yes Folk are losing there jobs , but you'll still be troughing it

"The Bus Services in the area are terrible" to quote the councilor , Bet if they were run by a Red Tory Donator they'd be Brillliant,......I pointed this out before the Bus service is in Private Hands operated by a Private Shareholder company  It's run for profit , Labour sold off any Public Owned bus service they ran Due to the Thatcher Government bring forth the Transport Act 1985 on 26 October 1986 , however Labour controlled Councils took into Private Ownership Arm's-length external organisations (ALEOs).......Is that what you are saying you'd like to do ?
I see Gallagher as the Archie Graham  of NAC , I pointed out before. Do you with your vast knowledge know anything about bus companies and their costing ? Seriously

However I could bore myself rigid by this insult to anyone of intelligence(the Newsletter),BUT the real Insult is the Councillor's remark on North Ayrshire Foodbank ,
Brown and Darling created the conditions that in turn necessitated  the creation of FoodBanks  by ordinary people , the people that tend to use them tend to have children.

And you may have asked them to donate,
You might have had good intentions,but no thought was given to what you did, I imagine it was more for a bit of self publicity,

I quote from the latest edition and to be perfectly honest I read one section only

1)I am at the early stages of negotiations with the Council and others to bring this site to it's former glory. Fair enough,but is he wanting to buy it or is he wanting the council to buy it? The lack of clarity makes me very suspicious especially in light of 3 below
2)I will be looking for volunteers once the better weather comes in , fair enough to a point but is he going to be doing anything? I'd hazard a guess at not
And the final one
3)Does anyone have an idea where it is ?
